I decided to plan a trip to Disney at the last moment. I haven't been there for many years and I had no idea how to start. I was referred to Matt by a colleague. Matt asked questions and based on my answers, provided hotel recommendations and availability that would work for us. Matt didn't stop there. He helped us get familiar with FastPass, options for eating with the princesses, Disney's dining sign-up, and mobile app. When we go to the resort, we had a welcoming committee and most importantly, early, expedited check-in. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone planning a trip. He's a great guide because he's been there and because he loves doing it!
